Coffee

Coffee is the opposite of beer. Coffee is sharp, dark, meaty, expensive. Beer is soft, light (except when it's dark), foamy, and friendly. Coffee winds you up; beer winds you down. Coffee has piercing eyes; beer gives you a big ole hug.

There was no coffee in the cupboard that morning so I had to swing by the Cebolla Azul on my way to catch the bus up the mountain.
