I HAVE A NVIDIA GFORCE2 MX W/TV OUT CARD FACTORY

INSTALLED IN MY DELL DIMENSION 8200 PC. I'M

GETTING VERY SHORT DASHES (BLACK AND WHITE) ALSO,

LINES DRAWN THROUGH TEXT WORDS. WHAT IS CAUSING

THIS? I'VE TRIED DIFFERENT SETTINGS AND

RESOLUTIONS, BUT THIS DOESN'T HELP. IT SEEMS TO
