I always refer to myself as a girl, never as a woman. I wonder if there really is a specific defining moment wherein one crosses the line from child to adult. If so, I have yet to encounter it, though I've had many maturing experiences. I prefer to see it as more of a gradual process, immeasurable yet perceptible over time.
