It's 2006! It's difficult for a male to break into management where I work. If you dare then you become a target for super competitive females.

I think a demand for women in management will push women's wages higher while a glut in men displaced into a lower level of the economy will drive men's wages down. I can see the day is coming quickly when men will signifigantly less for the same job then women.

I expect in the next ten years I will live under a city run by a woman mayor, a state run by a woman Governor and a Country run by a female President.

I expect to see the economy and the media increasingly taylored towards women's needs.
