Even in the developed world and in the most advanced and policed cities in the western world, women are being trafficed, bought and sold as comodities. We are also tollerating a whole sub-culture of women being reffered to as Bitches and Ho's...Aparently a Bitch is permitted some degree of indipendance but for a Ho it is a story of total control and shameful abuse.
Leave the West and venture to other lands and you'll find a place where women are brought up to serve from the earliest years. They are taught that to slavishly serve the male family members and then her husband she is simply fulfilling the role she was born to. I've seen first hand that this leads to her status being nothing more than her husbands property and abuse is assured. In the country I lived for 2 years I prided myself on throwing back in thier faces the traditions and conditions they live by. They watched in horror as I cleared the table, made and served my wife tea. They were dumb-struck that when my wife returned from shopping I had prepared her dinner. One evening I was cornered on the balcony by my father-in-law and two uncles and TOLD to stop it. (I didn't) On another ocassion when there was a difference of opinion and I agreed with the plans of my father-in-law to make certain changes to the restaurant and opposed the plans of my wife,...I was invited by my father-in-law to issue my wife with something of a beating. WHAT IS IT when a father can invite his daughters husband to commit acts of violence on his own flesh and blood ? One last incident I will burden you with...My wifes cousin was admitted to hospital with two broken arms...(not for the first time) When her parents visited her, they told her that on no account should she consider leaving the perpetrator..her husband as it would bring shame on the family. So my friends I am all for Female Supremacy as to elevate the position of women and give them a huge buffer zone is THE only way we are going to move closer to becoming a civilised society. WE ARE NOT YET ABLE TO CONSIDER OURSELVES CIVILISED until we have eradicated the foolish notions that have shaped our opinions and expectations. The sooner that we achieve a prominant statesperson who will stand up and confront these issues the better. All this is no great revelation, we all know what is going in both in popular culture and in the continents of the world: we just need to speak up, bite the bullet and ask for change.
